Well, I wish I was here to tell you that you didn’t need to have fiber in your diet. The pharmaceutical industry would really love me. I’m really sorry to tell you this, but, the real truth is that you need up to 35 grams of fiber every day and if you have some illness you may need up to 45 gram.

Most of you are only consuming around 10 to 12 grams per day. I know, you probably get tired to hearing you need to this and that, and this and that to have good health.

So you may get confused as to what to really believe or do. But fiber is one the health aspects you can correct easily. But, there are many aspects of health that you need to know. Fiber is a central concept that you need to understand and apply. Without fiber you would live a life of pain, misery, and disease. Maybe you are already feeling the pain of lack of fiber.

The first thing you need to know about fiber is that you need to eat up to 35 grams everyday Thirty five gram will ensure that your body will function normal. Most people only eat 12 grams or less. If you are already sick then you may need to eat more, perhaps, 45 grams.

Fiber is the building block of fruits and vegetables. It helps them grow straight, strong, and with structure. So they can withstand whatever calamity comes their way. Fiber can do the same for you.

Fiber is used by your whole body and not just in certain parts. It needs to be part of your health regime. Some of the fiber you eat flows right through your body and it provides structure for your stools and helps to remove cholesterol and estrogen from your body. And, some of it provides food for your good bacteria.

You might think that a high fiber diet is only good for preventing and dealing with constipation, hemorrhoids, and varicose veins. I’m sorry to tell you, the truth is this is only the beginning of what fiber foods can do.

Fiber keeps your gut healthy and your gut controls your immune system. It’s your gut that forms the framework for your entire body by assuring that your body gets the nutrients it needs to be healthy.

Now, You need fiber if you have high cholesterol, high blood pressure, excess overweight a cardiovascular disease a heart condition cancer, a colon disease erectile dysfunction diabetes You need fiber to keep your body from falling into a disease state. So what is the best source of fiber and where should you concentrate your efforts to bring your body up-to-date with fiber.
