Hi Rudy Silva here to talk about one thing, you can do to elevate your immune system to fight the coronavirus.

A weak immune system, opens you up to experience the full blast the many respiratory diseases you can catch.

And, with the coronavirus being passed around, you don’t to want have a weak immune system.

There are over 200 types of viruses that can give you a cold.

When you have a cold, flu, Asthma, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD),

Chronic Bronchitis, Emphysema, and Pneumonia your immune system is in full force.

You can also have a cold caused by bacteria which is typically related to ear, throat, bronchitis, pneumonia, or whooping cough.

So, you can see that when you have a cold, or flu you are fighting a virus, or bacteria. To lessen the period, and strength of these conditions, your immune system has to be strong. You don’t want a cold or flu to turn into pneumonia, or any other respiratory condition.

The best thing you can do when you have the coronavirus is to strengthen your immune system? There is no vaccine or medicine that can help with this virus at this time.

So if you want to protect yourself, you need to take vitamin C, and plenty of it. When you are sick, taking 500 mg or 1000 mg of vitamin C per day, is not going to help much, but it is better than not taking any.

The article continues with, “Yet, according to other ‘expert’ reports:, we’re up to 10,000 deaths so far this season, – with 180,000 cases ending up in the hospital.

Vitamin C, is not seen as an antiviral nutrient, but it is.  It can boost your immune system, to combat the effects of a cold, or flu. By using large amounts of Vitamin C, you can lessen the time you have a cold, or flu. You will lessen the symptoms of these diseases by 50 to 70 %.  This means, you will recover sooner than normal, when you use Vitamin C, to combat these diseases.

In an Article, by the International Society for Orthomolecular Medicine, they reported that,

“Ability of vitamin C to ‘upregulate the immune system’ is well-documented, and there is, ‘abundant documentation of the ability of vitamin C, to cure a number of viruses.’

So, how much vitamin C should you take, when you have a cold, flu, or any other respiratory disease?  Well, the “Recommended Daly intake” is 90 mg daily, but this is for maintenance, or when you are not sick.

You should be taking 1000’s of mg per day.  You can spread this over a day, by using 2000 mg every 2 hours for 8 hours.  And the amount you should take will depend on the severity of your condition. You can take 3000 mg every 2 hours and even more.

You can use the plain Sodium Ascorbate Acid. There are other forms of Vitamin C that are better absorbed, and you can use them. The rule for using vitamin C is; if you start to have diarrhea, then back off on the amount you are taking until diarrhea goes away.

There you have it.  Protect yourself from bacteria and viruses. Take more than 90 mg per day and use around 2000 to 4000 mg per day just for maintenance.
