Constipation has been a very serious, very traumatic condition for me throughout my entire life. When I was born in the 1960’s,there were not very many treatments for constipation, and I was in a lot of pain (to say the least)! However, this new book is a revolutionary new way to cure my constipation issues. It’s transformed my life! I loved the natural, home-made remedies, and many of them worked extremely well! This is much better than the constipation oils I have been using for the past 10 years…that stuff is gross!

Exercise: Regular physical activity is an important component in bowel health. Try a daily exercise such as the knee-to-chest position. Such positions may activate bowel movements. Spend about 10-15 minutes in this position. Breathe in and out deeply.

If you’re reading this, then you’ll know how frustrating a condition constipation can be. For chronic sufferers (like me), it can be a constant source of woe. Even if I do the things my doctor tells me to do, within a week or two, I’m right back where I started. Well this book offers 12 chapters of permanent relief solutions, with a 12-step battle plan not only for immediate results but long-term cures.

Rudy Silva is a no-nonsense nutritionist who breaks down everything you have to do, chapter by chapter. You can search all day on the internet, as I have often done, and never find some of the advice offered here. And it’s clearly not “quack” advice either because it’s working! One of the remedies (hint: see Chapter 9!) has worked for me like nothing else ever has.

All the usual sensible advice is included (but even then, I learned some important dietary “do’s” and “don’ts”) – but I discovered at least 4 new remedies. This is a fantastic investment and I hope it helps others as much as it’s already helped me.
